Terms & Conditions.
All orders are designed by me, Tascha Elliott, of Studio Ellio T and printed using external partners. By agreeing to work with me, you are agreeing to the terms below and accepting my practice as a designer and artist, and trusting my style and judgement.
Quotes & Payments
Rates are agreed prior to works commencing, and 50% of the agreed amount is payable before works commence. For small orders or semi-custom, the full amount may be payable.
Your booking is not confirmed until your deposit has been paid, and as such I cannot guarantee that dates we have previously discussed will be held even after your invoice is sent, if this is not paid within the timeframe given.
Bespoke design fees may change in price over time, but your price is secured as per your quote and invoice. Printing costs may go up, due to this being an external partner, this is an estimate only.
Additional work outside of the allocated revisions may incur additional costs (see Feedback & Revisions below).
The balance of the invoice is due ahead of delivery. I ask that you make this payment immediately upon receiving your final invoice, to avoid any delays to shipping.
Bespoke design fees are quoted separately to printing, and these are are non-refundable.
Printing costs are given initially as an estimation based on standard shapes and sizes, printed on luxury textured cardstocks. Final printing costs will be confirmed at the time of final invoice.
Any upgrades to finishes, special shapes, special papers, or additional items will be subject to additional costs. I endeavour to communicate this as clearly as possible through the design process.
All paper goods remain the property of Studio Ellio T until full payment is received.
Feedback & Revisions
Bespoke design work will be via email communication, and I ask that you provide feedback in a timely manner, to allow us to keep to the agreed timeline and your deadline. If you do not give feedback and this causes a delay to the project, I cannot be held responsible.
Feedback and revisions should be made within the allocated design rounds - Initial Designs, 1st Revisions, 2nd Revisions. Any further work beyond this may be liable to further design charges. The current rate for this is Β£50/hour.
Feedback should be clearly communicated, either in a google sheet form or by clear bullet points or PDFs to illustrate specific feedback.
Major design changes are not included within the revisions.
All information handed over by you must be correct and checked by you before handing over. I am not responsible for incorrect or missing information or spellings that have been given by you.
Final designs should be checked over by you once these are received digitally. After these are signed off and approved, no changes or amendments can be made, any typoβs or mistakes are considered approved.
If changes are made to your order after the stationery has already been sent to print, printing costs will be liable to be charged again in full, or for additional items depending on requirements.
Printing
Printing is arranged using external partners and whilst I can arrange this for you, I am not liable for what they produce and can only do my best. In the case of quality control issues, I will do my best to rectify things with the printer as I always want to be able to supply the best possible version of the work we have created.
Artworks are designed digitally and colours may vary depending on your monitor/screen settings/device. Final printed works may have some colour variance in print colour compared to screen colour, an exact colour match is not guaranteed.
There may be some colour variance between stationery items in your order where the paper base is different, eg. paper stationery vs foam boards, or between batches. This is not something that I can guarantee or control, while every effort is made to match colours across the order, all items you receive with a colour variance should be considered within accepted tolerance.
Perfect alignment cannot always be guaranteed, as there is some tolerance that is considered acceptable by the printers.
Orders will be shipped via tracked delivery.
Paper goods should be checked thoroughly by you upon arrival, to ensure everything is present in your order, and I should be notified immediately if something is missing.

All work remains copyright and intellectual property of Studio Ellio T, even after product has been delivered.
